Improvement of Security Infrastructure in Gandawah Town and Jhal Magsi Town (BSDI-PHASE-III)

The CW, PP&H Building Department Jhal Magsi invites sealed tenders for the improvement of security infrastructure under the Balochistan Special Development Initiative (BSDI-PHASE-III) for the fiscal year 2026-27. The works include: - Improvement of Security Infrastructure in Gandawah Town (TSE-2627091185123) - Improvement of Security Infrastructure in Jhal Magsi Town (TSE-2627091185133) Each work has an estimated cost of Rs. 7.0 Million with a bid security of 2% amounting to Rs. 140,000. The tender fee is Rs. 1500 and the time of completion is 31-12-2026 for each work. The procurement will be conducted under BPP Rules 2014 with a single stage, single envelope method. Bidders must be registered with tax authorities including BRA, NTN, and Sales Tax Department, and must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and specialized code EE11(ii) for Solar Energy. The contractor or firm's representative must have original authority to participate.
