Improvement and Widening of Road from Changmer Bridge to Tota Imtiaz Lake with Rigid/PCC Pavement on Changmer Ganoug Tota Lake Track

The Government of Gilgit Baltistan, through the Office of the Executive Engineer C&WD B&R Division Kharmong, invites sealed bids from eligible firms, contractors, or joint ventures registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/code for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is for the improvement and widening of the road from Changmer Bridge to Tota Imtiaz Lake, including construction of rigid/PCC pavement on the Changmer Ganoug Tota Lake track in Gilgit city. The bidding document fee is Rs. 10,000. The technical and financial bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked as 'Technical Proposal' and 'Financial Proposal' respectively. The bids will be opened on 2nd November 2026 at 11:00 AM, with the technical bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bidders must have valid PEC registration for the current financial year, relevant category and code, and enlistment renewed with the procurement agency.
