These firms must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be listed on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The purpose is to undertake an independent third-party performance evaluation of incumbents holding SPPS positions across various Ministries, Divisions, and Departments in line with international best practices.
