Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Integration of Industrial Communication Gateway System for Jinnah Hydel Power Station

The Jinnah Hydel Power Station WAPDA located in Kalabagh, Tehsil Isakhel, District Mianwali, Punjab, invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of goods for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement involves the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and integration of the Industrial Communication Gateway System (ICGS-182) for signal interfacing at the power station. Items being procured: - Industrial Communication Gateway System (ICGS-182) The scope includes complete delivery and integration of the system on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, ensuring full operational readiness at the Jinnah Hydel Power Station site. Bidders must comply with the technical specifications and terms detailed in the bidding documents available on the EPADS v2.0 portal. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered on EPADS v2.0 and to provide a bid security of Rs. 750,000/- in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Where bid security is not required, a bid security declaration must be furnished as per the bidding document. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 22, 2026. The bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM via the EPADS platform.
