Infrastructure and Beautification Work at Civil Officer Mess Peshawar including Air Condition, LED TV, Furniture and Allied Accessories

The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites eligible firms and bidders to submit electronic bids for the Infrastructure and Beautification Work at Civil Officer Mess in Peshawar. This project includes provision of Air Conditioning, LED TV, Furniture, and allied accessories under ADP No.359/220744. The scope covers civil works and installation of electrical and allied equipment at the site, ensuring a comprehensive upgrade and beautification of the facility. Bidders must be enlisted with C&W Department in category C6 and above, and registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act 2013. Valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL active taxpayer status, and relevant experience in similar works over the past five years are mandatory. Submission of detailed technical and financial bids through the E-PADs system is required, with earnest money and bid security as per rules. The technical bid must include affidavits, machinery ownership proof, CVs of technical staff, and financial soundness evidence. The last date for submission of E-PADs is 18th May 2026 by 12:00 PM, with technical bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day at the office of Executive Engineer Maintenance-II Division, Bacha Khan Chowk, Peshawar. Financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation approval. Bidders should ensure their bids comply with all requirements to avoid disqualification.
