Tender Description
The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) invites experienced and reputable contracting firms with valid PEC licenses under categories CE01, CE09, CE10, EE06, EE11-v (General Electrical Works Only) to participate in the bidding process for the infrastructure development of NSIT Phase-I (Package-I) in Lahore. This project aims to develop comprehensive infrastructure to revolutionize technological innovation, educational and commercial advancements, and foster R&D to enhance technological capabilities.
Items being procured:
- Infrastructure Development of NSIT Phase-I (Package-I)
The tender requires firms to have PEC Registration Category C-1 & Above. Tender fees are Rs. 25,000 (non-refundable) and bid security is Rs. 30 million. Bids must be submitted by October 12, 2026, 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PCBDDA Procurement Regulations 2026.
Interested firms must submit sealed bids clearly marked with the specific "NAME OF WORK" and addressed to the Director Procurement, PCBDDA, CBD Complex (Old Walton Airport), near Naval Base, Lt. (Navy) Yasir Shaheed Road, Lahore. Firms blacklisted or debarred by any government or semi-government entity are not eligible. Tender documents can be downloaded from PCBDDA's website www.cbdpunjab.gov.pk. Payment of tender fees must be made via Pay Order/CDR/Demand Draft in favor of PCBDDA.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 01, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the PCBDDA Office conference room. Written queries will be responded to up to three days before the closing date. PCBDDA reserves the right to accept or reject any bids at any time prior to acceptance.
Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids, ensuring compliance with all requirements and timely submission to avoid disqualification. Early preparation of bid security instruments and thorough review of tender documents are recommended to enhance chances of success.
