Infrastructure Development Packages for Main Roads, Bridges, Flood Protection and Check Dams in Upper Chitral

The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through E-PADS from eligible firms and contractors for multiple infrastructure development packages in Upper Chitral district. These works include construction, widening, improvement, rehabilitation, and blacktopping of main roads, bridges, flood protection works, and check dams. Items being procured: - Package-1: Construction/Widening/Improvement of Oshnu Road PCC (2KM) and Shagram to Shotkhar PCC Road (2KM) - Package-2: Construction/Widening/Improvement of Shagram to Gohkir PCC Road (2KM) and Parpish to Kherchum Over PCC Road (2KM) - Package-3: Construction/Widening/Improvement of Marder PCC Road (1.5 KM) and Rayeen to Meip PCC Road (2KM) - Package-4: RCC Bridge at Parpish - Package-5: RCC Bridge Warijuno Mulkhow - Package-6: Reshun Power House Road (Shingle Road) - Package I: Km 0+000 to Km 5+000 - Package II: Km 5+000 to Km 10+000 - Package III: Km 10+000 to Km 15+000 - Package IV: Km 15+000 to Km 20+000 - Access Roads to New Potential Tourist Sites at Malakand Division, Qaqlasht Meadow Road (4-KM) The scope covers main roads, bridges, flood protection works, and check dams with detailed construction and improvement works as per work orders. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act, 2013 Act No. XXI of 2013 and comply with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security in the form of CDR must be submitted electronically along with the E-bid and in original to the Executive Engineer C&W Division Upper Chitral before the closing date and time. The last date for submission of bids is 06/10/2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening at 12:30 PM on the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Upper Chitral. Bidders are advised to quote rates carefully and submit all required securities and documents to avoid disqualification. Electronic bids will be valid for 90 days. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any bid or all bids without assigning any reason. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security and additional securities are prepared according to the detailed instructions, especially if quoting below or above the engineer's estimate, to avoid forfeiture or disqualification. Submit original CDRs timely to the Executive Engineer office and upload scanned bids through E-PADS to comply fully with the tender requirements.
