Pre-Qualification for Replacement of HVAC System of Punjab Forensic Science Authority (PFSA), Lahore

The Communication & Works Department, Government of Punjab, through the Executive Engineer, 4th Buildings Division Lahore, invites pre-qualification applications from eligible firms and contractors for the replacement of the HVAC system at the Punjab Forensic Science Authority (PFSA) in Lahore. This pre-qualification process is conducted in accordance with Notification No. SOB-I(C&W)7-11/2022 dated 04.07.2026 via the Punjab e-Procurement System powered by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Items being procured: - Replacement of HVAC System of Punjab Forensic Science Authority (PFSA), Lahore The project involves comprehensive replacement of the HVAC system, requiring specialized technical expertise and experience in similar large-scale HVAC works. The contract duration is 24 months. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in Category C1 or above for the year 2026-27, possession of specialized codes ME01, ME03, EE04, and EE05, and proven experience in executing projects of similar nature, scope, and complexity. The deadline for online submission of Pre-Qualification Applications/Documents is 08.10.2026. Clarifications can be sought through the designated clarification section on the e-Procurement portal until 03.10.2026. The response time is calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website. Only pre-qualified firms/contractors will be invited to participate in the subsequent bidding process. The Evaluation Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications in accordance with the prescribed evaluation criteria and Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
