Procurement of Civil Works for Lots No. 83 to 92 at IESCO Head Office and Various Locations in Islamabad and Rawalpindi

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) Civil Division invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of civil works under National Competitive Bidding for Lots No. 83 to 92. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed at various locations including IESCO Head Office G-7/4 Islamabad, Chaklala, Kamalabad Rawalpindi, and 132 KV Grid Stations in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Lot 83: Revamping of Consolidation, Pre Audit, Admin, Banking Section, Offices and Lobby in Finance Office at IESCO Head Office - Lot 84: Revamping of Office Manager Finance, Finance Director, Addl. Director Finance, Pension Branch and Corridors at IESCO Head Office - Lot 85: Special Repair / Maintenance of Bungalow No B-1 at 501 Workshop Chaklala - Lot 86: Construction of Boundary Wall and Concrete Flooring in IESCO Field Store Hattian - Lot 87: Special Repair / Maintenance of Bungalow No B-1 at 132 KV Grid Station Kamalabad Rawalpindi - Lot 88: Construction of Fallen Boundary Wall at 132 KV Grid Station Chaklala Rawalpindi - Lot 89: Revamping of Office No. 03 at IESCO Colony G-7/4 Islamabad - Lot 90: AM&R of Quarter No. 50-B, 51-B & 11-A at IESCO Colony G-7/4 Islamabad - Lot 91: Revamping / Upgradation of IESCO Complaint Office Civil Line Rawalpindi - Lot 92: AM&R of Quarter No. D-5 at 132 KV Grid Station H-8 Islamabad The scope includes dismantling, flooring, plastering, painting, electrical wiring, aluminum windows and doors, sanitary fittings, RCC work, brick work, ceiling works, and other related civil repair and maintenance activities as detailed in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration for 2026-27, active NTN with one year tax returns, at least one work order of similar nature with completion certificate if worked with this division, bank statement with closing balance not less than 50% of estimated cost, and financial audit report of last three years from a reputed audit firm. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 portal by Friday, November 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee is required. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
