Infrastructure Development Works on 33-Kanal Retrieved Land and Asphalt Carpeting of Adjacent Streets/Roads at OPF Housing Scheme, Budhni Road, Peshawar

The Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) invites bids for the infrastructure development works on 33-kanal recovered land and asphalt carpeting of adjacent streets/roads at OPF Housing Scheme, Budhni Road, Peshawar. This procurement is for the development of recovered land previously illegally occupied, now restored to OPF, to provide essential infrastructure including roads, water supply, sewerage, and storm-water drainage. The project also includes rehabilitation of certain adjacent streets/roads currently in deteriorated condition to ensure coordinated execution and cost savings. Items being procured: - Stripping (461.861 m3) - Compaction of Natural Ground (3038.319 m2) - Granular Backfill (3220.618 m3) - Formation of Embankment from Roadway Excavation (208.29 m3) - Granular Sub Base Course using Pit Run Gravel (911.496 m3) - Aggregate Base Course (455.748 m3) - Cut-back Asphalt for Bituminous Prime Coat (7905.637 m2) - Bituminous Tack Coat (8693.842 m2) - Asphaltic Wearing Course (400.279 m3) - Scarifying old road surface (8693.956 m2) - Pavement marking in reflective thermoplast paint (2635.323 m) - Excavation in foundation of building, bridges etc. (610 m3) - Cement Concrete in foundation & plinth (85 m3) - Plain Cement Concrete (115 m3) - 1st class brick work in foundation and plinth (125 m3) - Providing and fixing RCC pipe for power cable (30 each) - Cement plaster 1:4 upto 20' height 1/2" thick (1250 m2) - Providing, laying, cutting, jointing, testing and disinfecting UPVC pressure pipeline (710 m) - Providing and fixing sluice valve of BS quality (5 each) - Providing, laying, cutting, jointing, testing and disinfecting GI pipeline (120 m) - Providing manhole size 24" x 18" as per approved design (6 each) - Supply and fixing cast iron manhole cover with frame (6 each) - Trench excavation in open cutting below water level (1280 m3) - Providing and laying RCC pipe moulded with cement concrete (255 m) - Providing & laying RCC pipe sewers (385 m) - Providing manhole size 24" x 18" for pipes upto 4 ft depth (34 each) - RCC manhole cover 22" dia with angle iron frame (34 set) The successful contractor will execute and complete the works as per approved engineering cost estimate, specifications, designs, and applicable codes. Eligibility includes PEC registration, FBR/NTN registration, and compliance with bid security requirements. The contract duration is 120 days with a commencement date 7 days after contract signing.
