Tender Description
The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd, located in Karachi, Sindh, is procuring Insect Killer Machines as per detailed technical specifications for its Malir Halt site. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 under tender number LP/T-4104/26/ABZ. The scope includes supply, delivery, installation, integration, operational acceptance, training, documentation, and testing of eight electric insect killer machines with UV light and electric grid, covering an area of 500 to 600 square meters each. The machines must be metallic/aluminum alloy, shock-proof with safety grills, and operate on 220-240V/50Hz with a tube life of 3,000 to 5,000 hours.
Eligible bidders include reputed manufacturers, contractors, or suppliers registered with tax authorities and active taxpayers. Bidders must not be blacklisted or involved in corrupt practices and must submit undertakings to comply with PSPC's Code of Conduct and HSE requirements. Experience certificates must be in the bidder's name, and any personnel previously deputed at PSPC in the last five years are barred from participation for two years. Submission of sample pictures is mandatory, or bids will be rejected.
The tender follows the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure with a fixed earnest money of Rs. 18,000 in the form of pay order, demand draft, or unconditional bank guarantee. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by May 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Original bid security must be received before the deadline. Delivery is expected within 30 days of contract award or as mutually agreed.
