Supply of DC Supervision Relays, Earth Leakage Relays, Auxiliary Tripping Relays, Transformer RP, and Under/Over Voltage Relays for GEPCO

The Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites electronic bids for the procurement of specialized electrical relays required for its operations in Gujranwala. This procurement is part of the FY 2026-27 plan and aims to supply high-quality relays to ensure reliable power distribution and protection systems. Items being procured: - DC Supervision Relays (234 units) - Earth Leakage Relays (CME) (35 units) - Auxiliary Tripping Relays for Transformer RP (Latched Type) (25 units) - Under/Over Voltage Relay (30 units) The technical scope includes delivery of these relays free of cost at the GEPCO Warehouse in Wazirabad. Bidders must be registered or prequalified with DISCOs, NGC, WAPDA, GENCOS, or PPMC as authorized dealers, manufacturers, or suppliers. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents, submitted in original before the e-bid submission deadline. All bids should remain valid for 150 days, with bid guarantees valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. Bidders are required to register on the EPADS v2.0 portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ before the tender opening date. The bid opening is scheduled for 29 October 2026 at 11:00 AM for NCB-STG-17 and 11:05 AM for NCB-STG-18. Only type-tested equipment from designated laboratories as per NTDC Type Test Policy 2023 will be accepted. Conditional or late bids, or those without required bid guarantees, will be rejected. GEPCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
