Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the installation of a 06 KW solar power system at the Garhi Khairo Court in Jacobabad, issued by the District and Sessions Court, Jacobabad. The procurement covers supply and commissioning of hybrid solar inverters, solar panels, lithium batteries, wiring, and related accessories, along with the setup of e-library hardware and furniture for related courts in the region.
The project involves deploying high-quality Tier-1 Mono PERC solar panels with 580W capacity, Inverex Nitrox hybrid inverters, and lithium-ion deep cycle batteries. The installation includes robust mounting structures designed to withstand winds up to 150 km/h, complete DC/AC wiring with protection devices, and thorough testing and commissioning at the court premises in Garhi Khairo. This setup aims to enhance energy efficiency and provide sustainable power solutions for judicial facilities in Jacobabad.
Bidders must comply with PEC registration requirements and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for the financial year 2025-26. The tender demands a minimum annual turnover of PKR 1 million over the last three fiscal years and requires submission of Earnest Money of PKR 30,000 in the form of a bank draft or pay order. The procurement follows the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2022), ensuring transparency and fairness.
