Tender Description
The District & Sessions Court, Thatta invites electronically encrypted bids for the installation of two 2 ton inverter AC units at the District and Family Court, Judicial Complex, Thatta. The procurement includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of inverter ACs with a minimum one-year warranty and on-site technical support. The contract requires delivery and installation within 30 days from the issuance of the purchase order at the specified court location.
Bidders must be registered manufacturers, authorized distributors, or service providers with relevant tax registrations and a minimum annual turnover of PKR 1 million. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-Procurement (ePAD) portal by 09:00 AM on 2nd December 2025, with technical proposals opened at 09:30 AM the same day. Bid security of Rs. 13,000/- is required in the form of a bank draft/pay order. The procurement follows the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2022).
