Installation of 2000 RFT RCC Pipe Line 18" Dia in UC-155, Village Sajan Detho TMC Qasimabad (Phase-1)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of 2000 RFT RCC Pipe Line 18" diameter in UC-155, Village Sajan Detho TMC Qasimabad (Phase-1) with a completion period of 24 months. Items being procured: - Installation of 2000 RFT RCC Pipe Line 18" Dia in UC-155, Village Sajan Detho TMC Qasimabad (Phase-1) The scope includes excavation in hard soils, laying and jointing RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B, refilling trenches, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, cement concrete works, steel reinforcement fabrication, and supplying RCC manhole covers. The works must be executed in accordance with the specifications and drawings provided by the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Eligibility criteria require valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026-27 in the relevant category, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), valid NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in the last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements for the last three years, affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation, and availability of required technical staff and equipment. Tender documents can be downloaded from the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- must be submitted in favor of Deposit Fund HMC via Pay Order or Call Deposit. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory and must be submitted both as scanned copies via E-PADS and original hard copies before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on 26-10-2026 at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. The bid validity period is minimum 90 days from the date of opening. Conditional, incomplete, or unsigned bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. Performance security of 10% of contract price is required from the successful bidder. Defect liability period is 24 months after completion.
