Tender Description
The District & Sessions Court, Thatta invites electronically encrypted bids for the installation of a 6 kW solar power system at the District Bar Association Judicial Complex, Thatta. The procurement includes supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and warranty of hybrid inverter, solar panels, lithium battery bank, framing, wiring, and related electrical items. The contract requires completion within 30 days from issuance of purchase order with a minimum one-year warranty on all hardware and installed systems.
Bidders must be registered, experienced, and meet eligibility criteria including tax registration and financial turnover. Bids shall be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-Procurement (ePAD) portal by 2nd December 2025 at 12:20 PM. Technical proposals will be opened online the same day. The procurement follows the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2022) under a single stage two envelope procedure. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee and comply with all terms and conditions stated in the bidding documents.
