Construction of Resilient Solarized Drinking Water Supply Schemes (4 Units) at Mirpur Khas

Muslim Aid Pakistan (MAP), a reputable non-profit and non-governmental organization, is inviting sealed tenders from registered and eligible suppliers/service providers for the construction of resilient solarized drinking water supply schemes in Mirpur Khas, Sindh. This opportunity is specifically for the provision and installation of four solar-powered water supply systems, aimed at enhancing access to safe drinking water in the region. Items being procured: - Construction of Resilient Solarized Drinking Water Supply Scheme (4 units) The technical scope includes the complete civil works, supply and installation of solar pumping equipment, and commissioning of the water supply schemes as per the project requirements. The works are to be executed at designated sites within Mirpur Khas, and bidders are expected to ensure quality materials and adherence to relevant engineering standards. All rates must be inclusive of applicable taxes and associated costs, with Service Sales Tax clearly mentioned separately if applicable. Bidders must be registered with FBR and, if operating in a tax-exempted area, provide supporting documentation. A bid security amounting to 3% of the bid value is mandatory, to be submitted in the form of a CDR or Pay Order in favor of Muslim Aid. Bids without the required bid security will be rejected. The procurement committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason. Bidders must not engage in anti-competitive or coercive practices; any evidence of such may result in disqualification. Sealed bids must reach the Muslim Aid Pakistan office at E-11/2, Islamabad, by 24 August 2026, no later than 09:00 PM, either by courier or by hand, clearly marked with the tender reference number. In case of a public holiday, the deadline will be extended to the next working day at the same time and venue.
