Tender Description
The District & Sessions Judge, Chakwal invites e-bids under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, from well-reputed and financially sound firms with previous experience and valid registrations including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, PRA, and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C3 & above with relevant codes CE-01 for the installation of an 8-KW Hybrid Off-Grid Solar System for the Ladies Bar Room at District Headquarter Chakwal Sub Division Talagang & Chao Saiden Shah. Items being procured:
- Installation of 8-KW Hybrid Off-Grid Solar System for Ladies Bar Room at District Headquarter Chakwal Sub Division Talagang & Chao Saiden Shah (03 Projects)
The technical scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of the solar system at the specified locations. Bidders must be registered with PEC and have active registrations with FBR and relevant tax authorities. Earnest Money in the form of Bid Security amounting to Rs. 2,81,532/- (5%) is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) before the closing date of 26-11-2026 at 10:00 AM. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. The successful bidder shall submit a Performance Guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract value within 15 days after signing the contract.
