Tender Description
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Rahim Yar Khan invites E-Bids/Tenders from well-reputed and financially sound firms with prior experience and registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, PRA, and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the fiscal year 2025-2026. The procurement concerns a Hybrid Solarization (Off-Grid) System for the Completed Ladies Bar Rooms located at Sub-Division Sadiqabad, District Rahim Yar Khan. The estimated cost is **Rs. 15,94,621/-** with a required Bid Security of 5% amounting to **Rs. 79,731/-**.

The technical scope includes supply and installation of the solar system at the specified site, ensuring off-grid functionality suitable for the ladies bar rooms. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and PEC category C3 or above with code CE-01 where applicable. The bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure as per Rule 38 (2)(a) of PPRA-2014.
Eligibility criteria include registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, PRA, and PEC, no blacklisting or debarment by any government or international agency, and submission of earnest money as bid security. Bidders must bid for the whole lot as per tender documents.
Bids must be submitted online via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) at http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by **16-11-2026 at 09:00 A.M.** Bids will be opened the same day at 09:30 A.M. Bidders are required to bring samples, flyers, brochures, or items at the time of bid opening. The delivery period is within 30 days from issuance of Purchase/Supply Order. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
