Tender Description
The District and Sessions Court, Shikarpur is procuring the installation of an additional 6 kW hybrid solar power system at its Judicial Complex located on Sukkur Road, Shikarpur. This procurement includes supply, installation, and commissioning of hybrid solar equipment such as Inverex Nitrox 6 kW inverter, Tier-1 Mono PERC 580 W solar panels, lithium-ion battery bank, framing, DB box, wiring, and all related electrical fittings. The installation will cover multiple courtrooms, offices, and corridors within the Judicial Complex.
Bidders must be registered under the Sales Tax Act with NTN and GST, be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR, and have a minimum annual turnover of PKR 1 million over the last three fiscal years. Experience is mandatory with at least four successfully completed contracts of similar nature and size. The bid must include Earnest Money of PKR 30,000 in the form of a bank draft or pay order in favor of the District and Sessions Court, Shikarpur. Technical and financial proposals are to be submitted in a single sealed envelope and will be evaluated in two stages.
The tender was published on 8th May 2026 and bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 22nd May 2026 to the office of the Additional Sessions Judge-III, Shikarpur. Technical bids will be opened at 10:30 AM and financial bids at 10:45 AM on the same day in the Court Room, 3rd Additional District & Sessions Court, Shikarpur.
