Installation of Additional 6 kW Hybrid Solar System at District Judicial Complex Shikarpur

The District and Sessions Court, Shikarpur is procuring the installation of an additional 6 kW hybrid solar power system at the District Judicial Complex located on Sukkur Road, Shikarpur. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the energy efficiency and sustainability of the court complex by integrating a hybrid solar system comprising high-quality components such as a 6 kW Inverex Nitrox hybrid inverter, 14 Tier-1 Mono PERC solar panels (580 W each), and a lithium-ion battery bank. The installation includes framing, DB box, wiring, and all related electrical fittings to be carried out across multiple courtrooms, offices, and corridors within the complex. Eligible bidders must be registered contractors, manufacturers, authorized distributors, or experienced service providers with valid FBR registration, ATL status, and Sales Tax registration under the Sales Tax Act. Bidders should have completed at least four similar contracts and possess qualified technical staff. A minimum annual turnover of PKR 1 million over the last three fiscal years is required. Earnest Money of PKR 30,000 in the form of a bank draft or pay order in favor of the District and Sessions Court, Shikarpur must accompany the bid.
