Installation of Day Tank and Calibration of Fuel Storage Tanks at SBP BSC Muzaffarabad

The State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement for installation and calibration works at its Muzaffarabad branch. The project involves the installation of a Day Tank with a capacity of 300 liters for a 500 kVA DG Set and the calibration of fuel storage tanks installed at SBP BSC Muzaffarabad. Items being procured: - Installation of Day Tank (300 Liters) for 500 kVA DG Set - Calibration of Fuel Storage Tanks installed at SBP BSC Muzaffarabad This procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulations. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform to participate. A bid security of Rs. 50,000/- is required and must be uploaded during bid submission on EPADS. The original bid security must be submitted physically to the Chief Manager at the 1st Floor, Main Building, Upper Chatter, Muzaffarabad before the bid opening date. Failure to submit the original bid security will result in disqualification. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 10:00 AM on 2nd November 2026. The bid opening will take place the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
