Supply and Installation of Plant and Machinery, Hardware (Computer Equipment) for General Administration and Coordination Department Sindh

The General Administration and Coordination Department Sindh, based in Karachi, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers and manufacturers for the supply and installation of plant and machinery as well as hardware (computer equipment) in accordance with SPPRA rules. This procurement is for the financial year 2026-2027 and aims to enhance the operational capacity of the department through the acquisition of modern equipment and IT hardware. Items being procured: - One air conditioner (estimated cost: 60,000 PKR) - One photocopier (estimated cost: 200,000 PKR) - One plant and machinery unit (estimated cost: 300,000 PKR) - One computer (estimated cost: 277,180 PKR) The technical scope includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of the listed items at the designated office in Karachi. All equipment must be brand new, genuine, and conform to the specifications outlined in the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest money equivalent to 2% of the bid amount must be submitted in the form of a pay order or demand draft in favor of the department. Only firms with relevant experience and capacity to deliver within the stipulated timeframe will be considered. Bids must be submitted online via the Sindh e-Procurement Portal (EPADS) at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/ by 16 November 2026, 12:00 PM. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
