Installation of Fire Safety Equipment in CBM Office, The Malir Club, Rest House, CB Workshop, CB Health Centre and CB School

The Military Lands & Cantonments Department (Military Land and Cantonments Board) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of fire safety equipment installation at multiple locations including the CBM Office, The Malir Club, Rest House, CB Workshop, CB Health Centre and CB School in Karachi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - 127 DCP Fire Extinguishers (06 KG cylinder with installation) - 127 CO2 Fire Extinguishers (03 KG cylinder with installation) - 127 Fire Balls (01 KG AFO or equivalent with installation) - 126 Fire Blankets (size 4 x 4) - 7 Fire Bucket Switch Stands (for 6 buckets) - 200 Safety Signs - 10 Automatic DCP Fire Extinguishers (06 KG, heat/flame activated with installation) - 3 Wet Chemical Fire Extinguishers (with installation) - 6 DCP Fire Extinguishers 25 KG Trolley - 2 CO2 Fire Extinguishers 25 KG Trolley - 4 Automatic Halotron Fire Extinguishers (06 KG) The scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the above fire safety equipment as per the technical specifications and design requirements. The delivery schedule is 27 days from the contract award. Bidders must be registered with FBR, have valid NTN and GST certificates, and demonstrate relevant experience and financial capability as per the eligibility criteria. Bid security in the form of a Pay Order is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 02:00 PM. Original bid security must be submitted physically to the Cantonment Board Malir Office before the deadline. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM.
