Installation of Home Solar Hinglaj Mata Other Villages District Lasbela

The Urban Planning & Development Department Kalat Division at Khuzdar invites electronic bids based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan, amended up-to-date from interested contractors or firms for the installation of home solar systems at Hinglaj Mata and other villages in District Lasbela. Items being procured: - Installation of Home Solar Hinglaj Mata Other Villages District Lasbela (PSDP No.3614) The procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules 2014 as amended. Basic eligibility requires the firm or contractor to have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-4 or above, registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority, and presence in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) with valid Income Tax registration. The firm must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature in the last three years. Bids must include a Bid Security of 3% in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank. Blacklisted firms are not eligible.
