Installation of HVAC Works at Academic Block of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University, Islamabad

The Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University (SZABMU), Islamabad, invites electronic bids for the Installation of HVAC Works at the Academic Block of SZABMU, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) units of various capacities including ceiling cassette, wall mounted, and fresh air ducted indoor units - DX Type Air Handling Units (AHU) with compatible condensing units - Control systems including cables, sensors, actuators, and controllers - Wall mounted DC inverter air conditioners - Refrigerant pipes, insulation, and fittings - uPVC drain pipes and fittings - Ventilation fans including propeller and centrifugal types - Sheet metal ducting of various gauges - Hanging and support arrangements - Insulation and acoustic liners - Flexible duct connectors - Volume and fire dampers - Fresh air intake and exhaust air washable metallic mesh filters - Duct mounted HEPA filters and housing - Air devices including supply air diffusers, return air grilles, and louvers - Electrical equipment and control panels - Relevant civil works including equipment foundations and patching - Testing, commissioning, and 12 months operation and maintenance during defect liability period The technical scope requires compliance with detailed specifications, including PEC registration category C-3 with specialization ME-01, FBR registration, and experience in HVAC works up to 300 TR or above. Bid security in the form of pay order, bank guarantee, or demand draft is mandatory. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate.
