Installation of Solar Tubewells in Various Villages of District Shaheed Benazirabad

The Irrigation Department, through the Executive Engineer Drainage Division LBOD Shaheed Benazirabad, invites bids for the installation of solar tubewells in various villages of District Shaheed Benazirabad. The work requires contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) holding a valid license up to June 2026 in the relevant field and category. The estimated cost of the project is **PKR 61.00 Million** with a bid security of **PKR 3.05 Million** and a tender fee of **PKR 3,000**. Completion is expected by 30 June 2027. Eligibility criteria include PEC category C3 and above, minimum five years of experience with at least three similar works completed, FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) registration, and submission of audited financial reports for the last three years. Bidders must submit a bank guarantee as bid security in favor of the Executive Engineer Drainage Division LBOD Shaheed Benazirabad. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes by 19 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opened at 12:00 Noon on the same day at the office near Bilawal Stadium Road Nawabshah.
