Installation of NUMS Signage at Academic Block Khinams

The National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites sealed bids through the PPRA E-PADS portal on a Single Stage – One Envelope basis from well-reputed, experienced, and financially sound firms or companies for the installation of NUMS signage at the Academic Block Khinams in Rawalpindi. This project involves the installation of signage identical in design to the signage already installed at NUMS NIASR, ensuring consistency and brand recognition across NUMS facilities. Items being procured: - Installation of NUMS Signage at Academic Block Khinams (same design as NUMS signage at NIASR) The scope of work includes procurement, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of the signage. Detailed specifications, terms, and conditions are provided in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to submit separate Technical and Financial Proposals. Technical proposals will be evaluated first, and financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened subsequently. Eligibility criteria include a minimum of five years' relevant experience in signage installation in public or private sector organizations or institutes. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for GST and Income Tax. A bid security equivalent to 2% of the total bid value is required in the form of a Call Deposit, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of NUMS. This must be submitted physically at NUMS, while a scanned copy should be uploaded on PPRA E-PADS before the closing date and time. Bidding documents can be obtained from the Procurement Directorate of NUMS upon submission of a non-refundable Pay Order or Demand Draft of PKR 3,000 in favor of NUMS during working hours. Technical and financial proposals will be opened on the same day at or after 1000 hours in the Conference Room, NUMS (ATR), Adiyala Road (Opposite APS Humayun Road), Rawalpindi, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late, incomplete, or emailed/faxed bids will not be entertained. The bidding process is conducted through PPRA E-PADS, and bidders must ensure registration on the EPADS portal for participation. NUMS reserves the right to increase or decrease the scope or quantities and to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004. Vendors are encouraged to visit NUMS NIASR at Abid Majeed Road, Rawalpindi, to view the signage pattern already installed, which will help in understanding the design and quality requirements. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your technical proposal clearly demonstrates your experience with similar signage projects and includes all required documentation to avoid disqualification at the technical evaluation stage.
