The projects are located across multiple villages and tehsils within Ziarat and Sinjawi, emphasizing rural water infrastructure development. Eligibility requires registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the fiscal year 2026-27, valid registration with tax authorities including BRA, NTN, and Sales Tax Department, and experience with at least two completed assignments of similar scale and a turnover of no less than 70% of the estimated cost in the last five years. A certificate of non-blacklisting must also be provided. The procurement follows the BPP Rules 2014 under a Single Stage, Two Envelope method. Tender documents can be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1500 through a Green Challan C-02726 at the National Bank of Pakistan Ziarat Branch.
