Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' & 12'' Dia at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro & Others Soomro Villages Phase-7

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms registered with relevant authorities for the execution of development schemes involving installation of RCC pipe lines and related civil works in Hyderabad city, Sindh. The procurement is for the installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' & 12'' diameter at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro and other Soomro villages (Phase-7). Items being procured include: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' & 12'' diameter at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro & others Soomro Villages (Phase-7) The technical scope covers excavation, laying, jointing, and testing of RCC pipes, refilling trenches, providing paving blocks, and related civil works as per specifications. The work site is located in various union councils and villages under Hyderabad Municipal Corporation jurisdiction. Eligibility criteria require valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant category for 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), valid NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements, affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation, and availability of technical staff and equipment. Tender documents can be downloaded from the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- is required in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted as Call Deposit, Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank in Pakistan. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Scanned copies of tender fee and bid security must be uploaded, and original instruments submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 26-10-2026 at 12:00 Noon in presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. The bid validity period is minimum 90 days from the date of opening. Conditional, incomplete, or unsigned bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. Successful bidders must furnish performance security of 10% of contract price. The contract includes a defect liability period of 24 months after completion.
