Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-154 Village Amardas Thakur (Phase-8)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of an 18-inch RCC pipeline at UC-154 Village Amardas Thakur (Phase-8) in Hyderabad. This procurement is managed by the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, located in Hyderabad city, Sindh province. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-154 Village Amardas Thakur (Phase-8) The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, excavation for pipeline trenches in hard soils, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, laying RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, reinforced cement concrete work, fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement, manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers, and refilling excavated material with proper compaction. Bidders must be registered with FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), and possess valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration Certificates. They should have completed at least two similar works in the last two years and have two ongoing projects of similar nature. Submission of bank statements for the last three years, affidavit on E-stamp paper regarding blacklisting and litigation status, and availability of technical staff and equipment are mandatory. Tender documents can be downloaded from the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- is required in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted as Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Scanned copies of tender fee and bid security must be uploaded, and original instruments submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. The bid validity period is 90 days from the date of opening. Conditional, incomplete, or unsigned bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules.
