Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-154 Village Amardas Thakur (Phase-7)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of an 18-inch RCC pipe line at UC-154 Village Amardas Thakur (Phase-7) in Hyderabad. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and requires bidders to submit their bids electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-154 Village Amardas Thakur (Phase-7) The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, excavation for pipeline trenches, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, laying RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, reinforced cement concrete work, fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement, manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers, refilling excavated material, and plain cement concrete works. The contract duration is 12 months. Bidders must fulfill mandatory eligibility criteria including active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), valid NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, submission of bank statements for last three years, affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation, and availability of technical staff and equipment. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- are required. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS by 06-11-2026 up to 11:00 AM. Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation before bid opening at 12:00 Noon on the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules.
