Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-154 Village Amardas Thakur (Phase-5)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of an 18-inch RCC pipe line at UC-154 Village Amardas Thakur (Phase-5) in Hyderabad. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and requires bidders to submit their bids electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-154 Village Amardas Thakur (Phase-5) The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, excavation for pipeline trenches, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, laying RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, reinforced cement concrete work, fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement, manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers, refilling excavated material, and cement concrete plain works. The contract duration is 12 months. Eligibility criteria include active taxpayer status on FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), valid NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in the last two years, minimum two ongoing projects of similar nature, submission of bank statements for the last three years, affidavit on e-stamp paper regarding no blacklisting or litigation, availability of technical staff and equipment, and submission of work methodology and execution plan. Tender fee of Rs.3000/- and bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Pay Order/Call Deposit/Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded on E-PADS and original instruments submitted before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives.
