Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of 3000 RFT RCC Pipe Line 24" DIA at UC-155 & 156 Village New Karan Khan Shoro & Vikio Palari (Phase 8) in Hyderabad, Sindh. This tender is part of a larger development plan involving multiple phases of pipeline installation and paving block construction across various UCs and villages under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 24" DIA at UC-155 & 156 Village New Karan Khan Shoro & Vikio Palari (Phase 8) The scope includes excavation, laying and jointing of RCC pipes, refilling trenches, providing fencing and safety measures, and construction and repair of paving blocks at various locations. The work requires adherence to technical specifications, including ASTM standards for pipes, and involves a completion period of 24 months. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in relevant category for 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed and ongoing projects, financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements, and submission of an affidavit confirming no blacklisting or litigation. Bidders must also provide a work methodology and execution plan. Tender documents are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- and a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee in favor of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS only; manual submissions are not accepted. The bid submission deadline is 26-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 Noon the same day at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under SPPRA Rule 33.
