Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of 3000 RFT RCC Pipe Line 24" DIA at UC-155 & 156 Village New Karan Khan Shoro & Vikio Palari (Phase 9) in Hyderabad. This tender covers extensive civil works involving installation of reinforced cement concrete pipelines and associated infrastructure to improve water supply and sewerage systems in the specified union councils. Items being procured: - Installation of 3000 RFT RCC Pipe Line 24" DIA at UC-155 & 156 Village New Karan Khan Shoro & Vikio Palari (Phase 9) The scope includes excavation, laying of RCC pipes, jointing with rubber rings, refilling trenches, providing paving blocks, and other related civil works. The work requires adherence to technical specifications, quality control, and timely completion within 24 months. Eligible bidders must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category for the year 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), NTN and Sales Tax certificates, and proven experience with at least two similar completed and two ongoing projects. Submission of bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal by 26-10-2026 up to 11:00 AM.
