Installation of 3000 RFT RCC Pipe Line 24" DIA at UC-155 & 156 Village New Karan Khan Shoro & Vikio Palari (Phase 4)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of a 3000 RFT RCC pipe line 24" diameter at UC-155 & 156 Village New Karan Khan Shoro & Vikio Palari (Phase 4) in Hyderabad. This tender is part of the development schemes under the Annual Procurement Plan for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is conducted through a Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure in accordance with Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (Amended). Items being procured: - Installation of 3000 RFT RCC Pipe Line 24" DIA at UC-155 & 156 Village New Karan Khan Shoro & Vikio Palari (Phase 4) The scope includes excavation, laying and jointing of RCC pipes, refilling trenches, providing fence guards, and other related civil works as per specifications. The work site is located in Hyderabad, Sindh. Eligibility criteria require valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the year 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), NTN and Sales Tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in the last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements, affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation, and availability of required technical staff and equipment. Tender documents can be downloaded from the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- must be submitted in favor of Deposit Fund HMC via Pay Order or Call Deposit. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory and must be submitted both scanned via E-PADS and as original hard copy before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on 26-10-2026 at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. The bid validity period is minimum 90 days from the date of opening. Performance security of 10% of contract price is required from the successful bidder. The contract period is 24 months with a defect liability period of minimum 24 months after completion.
