Installation of RCC Pipeline 18'' & 12'' Dia at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro & Others Soomro Villages Phases 1 to 8 and Various Related Works Hyderabad

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms registered with relevant authorities for the execution of multiple development schemes involving installation of RCC pipelines and related civil works in Hyderabad city. The procurement covers installation of RCC pipeline 18'' & 12'' diameter at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro and other Soomro villages in multiple phases (Phase-1 to Phase-8), installation of pipelines and sewerage lines in various other UCs including Lalo Palari, Misri Rind Goth, Amardas Thakur, Marvi Town, Railway Colony Barkati Masjid, Benazir Colony near Sehrish Nagar, Qasimabad, Juneja Colony, and Muhammad Bux Shoro village among others. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' & 12'' dia at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro & others Soomro villages (Phases 1 to 8) - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' & 12'' dia at UC-154 Village Lalo Palari & Misri Rind Goth (Phases 1 to 6) - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' dia at UC-154 Village Amardas Thakur (Phases 1 to 8) - Installation of RCC pipeline 12'' dia at UC-157 Marvi Town - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' at UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid (Phases 1 to 8) - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' at UC-153 Benazir Colony near Sehrish Nagar (Phases 1 to 8) - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' at UC-152 Phase-II Qasimabad (Phases 1 to 5) - Installation of RCC pipeline 18'' at UC-127 Juneja Colony (Phases 1 to 7) - Installation of water supply line 6'' dia in various areas of UC-154 and TMC Qasimabad & Hussainabad (Phases 1 to 8) - Installation of RCC sewerage pipe line 18'' in UC-157 Samanabad Society (Phases 1 & 2) - Installation of 500 RFT water supply line 6'' dia in UC-157 at Samanabad Society - Installation of 2000 RFT RCC pipe line 24'' dia at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro (Phases 1 to 7) - Providing paving block at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro (Phases 1 to 7) - Installation of 3000 RFT RCC pipe line 24'' dia at UC-155 & 156 Village New Karan Khan Shoro & Vikio Palari (Phases 1 to 10) - Installation of 2000 RFT RCC pipe line 18'' dia in UC-155 Village Sajan Detho TMC Qasimabad (Phases 1 to 5) - Construction and repair of paving block / CC block at various places in UC-145 and UC-159 TMC Qasimabad, HMC Hyderabad (multiple phases) The technical scope includes excavation, laying, jointing, testing, refilling, and finishing works for RCC pipelines and sewerage lines, along with construction and repair of paving blocks. The works require valid PEC registration in relevant categories, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN and sales tax certificates, and proven experience with at least two similar completed and ongoing projects. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost and tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 26-10-2026 at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' representatives. The contract period for each scheme is 24 months with a defect liability period of minimum 24 months after completion. Performance security of 10% of contract price is required from the successful bidder. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under SPPRA rules. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure compliance with all mandatory requirements to avoid disqualification. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all mandatory documents including PEC registration, tax certificates, and financial statements are up-to-date and submitted both electronically and in original form before the deadline to avoid rejection.
