Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the execution of multiple development schemes including installation of RCC pipelines and construction/repair of paving blocks in various UCs and villages within Hyderabad. The procurement is conducted under the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (Amended). The projects cover multiple union councils and villages within Hyderabad district. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in relevant category for 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed and ongoing works, financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements, affidavit of no blacklisting, and availability of technical staff and equipment. Tender documents are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- and bid security of 2% of estimated cost are required. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS only. Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening.
