Installation of 2000 RFT RCC Pipeline 18" Dia in UC-155, Village Sajan Detho TMC Qasimabad (Phase-4)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of 2000 RFT RCC pipeline 18" diameter in UC-155, Village Sajan Detho TMC Qasimabad (Phase-4). This tender is part of a larger development scheme involving multiple phases of pipeline installation and paving block construction across various UCs and villages under Hyderabad Municipal Corporation jurisdiction. Items being procured: - Installation of 2000 RFT RCC pipeline 18" diameter in UC-155, Village Sajan Detho TMC Qasimabad (Phase-4) The technical scope includes excavation, laying RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B, jointing with rubber rings, testing with water pressure, refilling trenches, and providing paving blocks where applicable. The work requires adherence to detailed specifications, including use of quality materials, proper curing, and compliance with engineering standards. The contract period is 24 months. Eligibility criteria require valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category for 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing similar projects, financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements, affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation, and availability of technical staff and equipment. Earnest money of 2% of estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal by 26-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will be on the same day at 12:00 Noon at the office of the Executive Engineer, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' representatives. Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening.
