Installation of RCC Sewerage Pipe Line 18'' in UC-157 Samanabad Society (Phase-2)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of RCC sewerage pipe line 18'' in UC-157 Samanabad Society (Phase-2) in Hyderabad. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (Amended). Items being procured: - Installation of RCC sewerage pipe line 18'' in UC-157 Samanabad Society (Phase-2) The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, excavation for pipeline trenches, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, laying RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, reinforced cement concrete work, fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement, manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers, refilling excavated material, and cement concrete plain works. The contract period is 24 months. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the year 2026-27, have active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, valid Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN and Sales Tax certificates, and demonstrate experience with at least two similar completed and two ongoing projects. Submission of bank statements for the last three years and an affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation is mandatory. Technical staff and equipment availability as per bidding documents is required. Tender documents can be downloaded from the SPPRA E-Procurement System (EPADS) at http://portalsindh.eprocurement.gov.pk. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- must be submitted in favor of Deposit Fund HMC via Pay Order or Call Deposit. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank in Pakistan. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only by 26-10-2026 up to 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid opening will be held on the same day at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. Performance security of 10% of contract price is required from the successful bidder. The defect liability period is 24 months after completion. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission of all required documents and original instruments before bid opening to avoid rejection.
