The work requires valid PEC registration in relevant category, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN and sales tax certificates, and proven experience with at least two similar completed and ongoing projects. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost and tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal by **26-10-2026 up to 11:00 AM**. Bid opening will be held the same day at 12:00 Noon at the office of the Executive Engineer, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening. The contract period is 24 months with a defect liability period of minimum 24 months after completion.
