Installation, Repair & Maintenance of Air Conditioners Framework Agreement

The Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE) Islamabad invites qualified service providers to prequalify for a Closed Framework Agreement for the Installation of Parts, Repair & Maintenance of Air Conditioners. This procurement is specific to Islamabad Capital Territory and aims to establish a framework for on-demand services related to air conditioning units over a 12-month period starting October 12, 2026. Items being procured: - Installation of parts for various AC types and capacities - Repair and maintenance services including compressor, capacitor, condenser, cooling fan, service valve, fan motors, door units, electric kits, leakage repair (welding), copper piping, power plugs, gas refilling and top-up, complete servicing, shifting of AC units, magnetic contactors, phase failure relays, valves, filters cleaning, safety switches, drain repairing, universal boards, brackets, remotes, flare nuts, flexible pipes, and insulation materials The scope covers a wide range of AC types including 1 Ton Cool Only, 1 Ton Heat and Cool/Inverter, 1.5 Ton Cool Only, 1.5 Ton Heat and Cool/Inverter, 2 Ton Cool Only, 2 Ton Heat and Cool/Inverter, and Cabinet Type units. The service provider must have an established office/workshop with sufficient stock in Islamabad/Rawalpindi and at least three years of relevant experience with a minimum average annual turnover of PKR 5 million over the last three years. Firms must be registered with FBR for NTN and Sales Tax and must not be blacklisted by any government or private sector organization. Applications must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by Monday, September 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Interested bidders should ensure timely registration on the EPADS portal and comply with all eligibility and qualification criteria. Maintaining a good reputation and providing all required documentation including proof of experience and valid registrations will strengthen your application.
