Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division Sukkur is procuring the installation of Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plants for Union Councils Naro Hamthar and Mubarakpur in Taluka Pano Akil, District Sukkur. This project involves comprehensive civil works including tube well boring, plant room construction, compound wall erection, paver block laying, and solar energy installation alongside the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of RO water treatment plants with a capacity of 5000 gallons per day.
The technical scope covers detailed construction activities such as excavation, reinforced cement concrete work, brickwork, plastering, painting, and fabrication of steel works. The RO plant system includes stainless steel inlet boosting pumps, automatic sand and carbon pretreatment filters, chemical dosing systems, instrumentation, piping, and fittings. Solar energy components include high-grade Mono-PERC solar panels, VFD drives, PV frames, wiring, and installation services.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and discipline, possess valid FBR and Sindh Revenue Board registrations, and demonstrate experience in similar works executed within the last five years. Financial stability is required with an average annual turnover not less than the estimated cost, supported by audited financial statements from ICAP-registered firms. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee is mandatory.
