Installation of Solar LED Street Lights at LDA City (Jinnah Sector) Packages 1 to 4

The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites bids from engineering firms and contractors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) with valid PEC licenses and active NTN and PNTN for the installation of Solar LED Street Lights at LDA City (Jinnah Sector). The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 amended up to date. Items being procured: - Installation of Solar LED Street Lights Package-1 (Bid Security Rs. 21,755,615) - Installation of Solar LED Street Lights Package-2 (Bid Security Rs. 19,092,612) - Installation of Solar LED Street Lights Package-3 (Bid Security Rs. 20,902,224) - Installation of Solar LED Street Lights Package-4 (Bid Security Rs. 26,208,893) Each package has a time limit of 6 months and requires PEC category C-3 & Above for Packages 1 to 3, and C-2 & Above for Package 4. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals strictly in accordance with the technical evaluation criteria. The tendered rates and amounts must be quoted in figures and words as per the Bill of Quantities available on the Punjab e-Procurement System website. Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit bids online. Earnest Money in the form of a digital Bid Security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. No bids via post or telegraph will be accepted. Technical proposals will be opened on the tender opening date, followed by financial proposals of responsive bidders. The tender opening and submission deadline is 07-10-2026 at 09:30 am, with opening at 10:00 am. Bidders are advised to ensure their bids are free from corruption or virus to avoid rejection.
