Installation of Solar Street Lights and Sewerage Works under BSDI Phase III by Municipal Committee Mastung

The Municipal Committee Mastung invites sealed percentage tenders on composite schedule of rate 2026 under the Government of Balochistan for various works funded by the Balochistan Special Development Initiative Project (BSDI) Phase III. The procurement includes installation of solar street lights and construction and fixing of tuff tiles and sewerage lines in multiple wards and locations within Mastung district. Items being procured: - Installation of solar street lights in various wards of Municipal Committee Mastung - Installation of solar street lights with pole at Killi Ghazgi Mastung - Installation of solar street lights with pole at Killi Umar Abad, Kanak District Mastung - Installation of solar street lights with poles at Killi Aziz Abad No.01 Mastung - Installation of solar street lights with poles at Killi Faiz Abad, Mastung - Providing and fixing of tuff tiles and construction of sewerage line at Killi Pirkano Ward No. 15 Mastung - Installation of solar street lights, fixing of tuff tiles and construction of PCC sewerage drains at Haji Manan Ababaki Street, Sarawan Town Padda, District Mastung - Provision of street lights laying of tuff tile and construction of PCC drain at Babu Muhala Shahi Bagh Mastung - Laying of tuff tiles and installation of solar street lights with poles Takht Marri District Mastung - Laying of tuff tiles and construction of sewerage line in Mastung City - Providing and fixing of tuff tiles and construction of sewerage line at Killi Padda and Karez Miana - Providing and fixing of tuff tiles and construction of sewerage line at Muhalla Zharkhailan, Mehtran and Killi Saddat MC Mastung - Construction, rehabilitation and improvement of children/family park in Mastung City - Installation of solar system Central Jail Mastung The technical scope covers installation of solar street lighting systems, laying and fixing of tuff tiles, construction of sewerage lines including PCC drains, and rehabilitation of public park facilities. The works are to be executed in various wards and localities within Mastung district, ensuring improved infrastructure and public amenities. Eligibility criteria require bidders to meet the standards set by the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). PEC registration and relevant experience may be required as per bidding documents. Earnest money in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit at 2% of the bid value must accompany the bid. Tender documents are available for free download at www.bppra.gob.pk and can also be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of a prescribed fee of Rs. 1000. Bids must be submitted by 24 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the office of the Chief Officer Municipal Committee Mastung.
