Tender Description
The Executive Engineer Buildings Division Water and Sanitation Matiari is procuring the installation of a solar system at Panjmoro Health Unit BHU+ located in Matiari, Sindh. This project involves the supply and installation of solar power equipment to ensure reliable electricity supply at the health unit. The scope includes provision of solar panels, inverters, batteries, wiring, and all associated civil and electrical works necessary for a complete and functional solar power system.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category for works of this value and must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar solar installation projects is required to demonstrate technical capability. The tender is open to firms capable of managing the full scope of work including design, supply, installation, and commissioning.
The submission deadline is 01 June 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 16 June 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer Buildings Division Water and Sanitation at the Deputy Commissioner Office Matiari. Bidders should submit one original and the required number of copies of their bids. Earnest Money in the form of a Bid Security amounting to 5% of the bid price is mandatory. The bid validity period is 90 days.
