Installation of Solar Tubewells in Various Villages of District Shaheed Benazirabad

The Irrigation Department, through the Executive Engineer Drainage Division LBOD Shaheed Benazirabad, invites sealed bids for the installation of solar tubewells in various villages of District Shaheed Benazirabad. This project is funded by the Government of Sindh under ADP Scheme No. 1089 for the fiscal year 2026-27 with an estimated cost of **PKR 61.00 Million**. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope method and requires contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-3 or above. All works must comply with the Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR) 2024 and relevant specifications. Eligibility criteria require valid PEC registration with appropriate category and license valid up to June 2026, registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, active taxpayer status, minimum experience of three similar works each at least 50% of the estimated cost, submission of bid security of **PKR 3.05 Million** in the form of a bank guarantee, and submission of audited financial reports for the last three years.
