Tender Description
The Irrigation Department, through its Executive Engineer Drainage Division LBOD Shaheed Benazirabad, invites bids for the installation of solar tubewells in various villages of District Shaheed Benazirabad. This procurement is part of the Schedule of Rates (CSR) 2024 and is open to contractors/firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council under category C3 and above, with a valid license up to June 2026.
Items being procured:
- Installation of Solar Tubewells in Various Villages of District Shaheed Benazirabad
The scope includes the installation of solar tubewells as per the approved design and standards. The project requires experienced contractors with a minimum of five years of similar work experience and at least three similar nature works with a minimum 50% cost completion. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 3.05 Million and a tender fee of Rs. 3,000.
Eligibility criteria include registration with the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), submission of bank statements and income tax returns for the last three years, and provision of a bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. The bid must be submitted in two envelopes: Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal, clearly marked and submitted by 18-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 12:00 Noon in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
The tender documents can be obtained from the Executive Engineer Drainage Division office near Bilawal Stadium Road Nawabshah. All government taxes including SST will be deducted at prevailing rates. In case of force majeure or government holidays, submission and opening dates will be extended accordingly.
