Tender Description
The Local Government & RDD District Tank invites sealed tenders through the official EPADS portal for the installation and solarization works under the District Uplift & Beautification Scheme AOP. The procurement is based on the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and is open to PEC enlisted contractors with valid CPW Department registration for the current financial year.

- Solarization for Tube Well Nazaro Khel UC Waraspoon
- Solarization for Tube Well Almar Khel UC Waraspoon
- Solarization for Tube Well Salam Khel UC Jatatar
- Solarization for Tube Well Musawer UC Am Khel
- Solarization for Tube Well Nazaro Khel UC Saleh Muhammad Bandar UC Gomal
The scope includes installation of solar street lights and solarization of multiple tube wells across various union councils in Tank City. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids separately via EPADS and KP-PRA websites. Technical bids will be opened first, followed by financial bids of technically qualified bidders. Earnest money at 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR or Pay Order. The bids must be submitted to the Office of the Assistant Director (Sr) L.G & RDD Headquarter District Tank, Bannu Road Tank through registered courier or in person before the deadline.
The last date for submission is 10th September 2026 at 12:30 PM, with financial bids opening to follow. Bidders must be registered with FBR and KP-PRA and comply with all tax and PEC requirements. The contract period and payment terms will be as per government directives.
