Installation of Sun Shade in Assembly Area and Along Gates at IBA Public School Larkana

Sukkur IBA University invites bids on Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR)/item rate basis electronically through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) using a single stage Two Envelope procedure from eligible and experienced firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Income Tax & Sales Tax and Sindh Revenue Board (whichever is applicable) departments for the following work in Larkana. Items being procured: - Installation of Sun shade in Assembly area - Installation of Sun shade along gates at IBA Public School Larkana The scope includes the supply and installation of sun shade structures at the specified locations within the IBA Public School premises in Larkana. The work is expected to be completed within 06 months. Bidders must hold a valid PEC license in category C-6 or above with specialized codes CE-10(I) and ME-06(i). Registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities along with active taxpayer status is mandatory. Firms must demonstrate an average annual turnover equal to or exceeding the estimated cost over the last five years as per FBR tax returns. An affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper declaring no litigation, blacklisting, or involvement in corrupt practices is required. Bid security must not have been forfeited previously with Sukkur IBA University. Bidding documents can be obtained and submitted electronically through EPADS as per the schedule. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of pay order, deposit at call, demand draft, or bank guarantee should be in favor of Sukkur IBA University. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per SPP Rules 2010 (Amended to date).
